Lacia Synnes studied cosmetology at The Hair Academy and now is the Hairstylist at Hill Top Salon and at X-Treme Hair Studio in Bismarck.

Tenants from Legacy Lodge can schedule appointments by calling 701-690-8867 or by booking through the main office at Legacy Lodge.  The Salon is usually open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9-7. Lacia will escort tenants to her shop in Hill Top from Legacy Lodge.
